WYCKED is an x-rated omegaverse fantasy rpg, designed to provide players a relaxed sandbox to explore smut-based retellings of popular folklore stories. Because of the nature of this game, you must be 18+ in order to join. Our general rules are simple; please be respectful of other players. We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, racism, homophobia, bigotry, kink-shaming, or harassment.

holds & claims

fairytales can be claimed on a first come, first served basis: whoever makes the first hold for any character in a fairytale has final say on any lore and character settings regarding that fairytale. for example, if you hold 'belle' from beauty & the beast, it's up to you which other characters from the story you want to make playable and any details & lore regarding the tale. apps for any other characters in the fairytale must be approved by the original claim.

once accepted, claims will be responsible for posting short 'wanted' listings for the other characters in their claimed fairytale in the open roles post. players are also free to solicit for wanted roles and sls in external comms.

if you would like to pick up a character in a claimed fairytale, please visit the open roles to see which characters the original claim has made playable.

kingdom claims will also be first come, first serve. if you claim a kingdom for your fairytale you will be asked to provide lore information about that kingdom.

all pbs must be over the age of 18.

setting up

please use ic or ooc journal names as fits your preference. your journal should contain an ooc contact post with comments screened and a bio. all entries must be back/future dated in order to avoid cluttering the friends page.

your bio must include at least your character's name, a/b/o rank, sexual preference, kinks/limits, and a bio of 300 words minimum.

writing comms

we have two communities for ic interaction. folkwhores is our intro and first-person posting community. happyends is our open threads/scening community.

nsfw warnings are not required, however please do add warnings for any potential triggers including violence and taboo kinks.

activity requirements

once you're accepted please run the friends button and post an intro within the 48 hours of being added to the communities. if you have claimed a fairytale, please also post at least 1 wanted line in the open roles. failure to complete these steps within the given time frame will result in removal.

while we aim to be a lax space, activity checks will be held on the 1st of each month. activity is any ic interaction in the comms, including replies to intros, threads/scenes, narratives, etc. if you need a hiatus for any reason, please leave a note in the dropbox.

if a claim holder is removed for any reason, the claim will pass to one of the other players attached to that fairytale by order of seniority.

plots

players are free to build their own plots, however major events like major character deaths, pregnancy, wars, etc. need to be approved by the mods before they take effect in game.

there will occassionally be gamewide plots and events. participation in these is always optional.


faq's

  • how much deviation from the original story is allowed?
    you can deviate as much as you want, as long as the key elements are vaguely recognizable. maybe red riding hood is a harlot. maybe the beast's curse also includes a monstrous sexual appetite. maybe the wicked queen tries to corrupt snow white with pleasure rather than trying to murder her. get creative!

  • is gender-swapping allowed?
    absolutely. belle could be beau, cinderella could have a pair of evil stepbrothers instead of stepsisters, or prince charming could be princess charming.

  • what is the omegaverse?
    a universe in which, in addition to the familiar genders of male and female, there are three secondary genders: alphas, omegas, and betas.
    alphas are have more masculine energy. they are able to impregnante female betas and omegas of either gender. alphas cannot get pregnant. female alphas have penises.

    omegas are typically the weakest secondary gender, and have feminine energy. both male and female omegas can become pregnant. omegas cannot impregnante anyone. male omegas have smaller penises than alphas or male betas.

    betas are neutral. male betas can impregnate female betas and omegas of both genders. female betas can become pregnant.

  • can my character be a species other than human?
    as long as it makes sense for the character, yes! marchen is a realm of magic so beings like fairies, elves, shapeshifters, witches, mermaids, genies, etc all exist.

  • if i've claimed a fairytale do i have to create an open role for every character in the original tale?
    no. it is up to the claim to decide which characters in the fairytale they want to make playable. however, unless you've already filled it, you must make at least one open role.

  • do i have to claim a kingdom in order to say my character is from that kingdom?
    no, unless your character is part of the ruling family of that kingdom. kingdom claims are primarily to ensure that we don't have a unrelated princes or princesses saying they're from the same kingdom without discussing it with each other first. if your character is a commoner or a regular noble you can use any kingdom as your character's homeland even without a claim.

  • can more than one fairytale be set in the same kingdom?
    absolutely. again, as long as your character is a commoner or regular noble they can live in any kingdom and overlap is completely welcome without having to worry about claims. the forest where snow white escapes to could be the same forest that the three little pigs live in. belle and cinderella could live in the same town. the huntsman from little red ridinghood and the huntsman from snow white could be from the same local guild.

  • can more than one fairytale's prince/princess/king/queen be from the same kingdom?
    yes, so long as the relevant claims agree. want to make prince eric & prince philip brothers or have princess rapunzel as prince charming's long-lost-sister? as long as the claims agree then there's no problem.
